  1. What traits and habits do people most people respect in your organisation? Are you behaving in these ways? 
  2. Where am I an expert/emerging expert? Everyone has a core strengths and skills that can be channeled and shaped in different ways.
  3. What key words do people associate with me? How can you build on these/adapt?
  4. Do I behave consistently?  Rember that collegues will form their impressions of you based on repetitive interactions with you.
