What is this?

We are very proud of our graduates and we see you as a unique alumni group. We also know that you will be continuing to learn and apply professional knowledge and skills after you finish the course with us.

So, after graduating with us we are pleased to welcome you now as a member of our  Learning Leaders Hub.

This is a resource designed especially for you where you will find current professional material, thought pieces and information in your bespoke Library Hub, attend specially arranged events, arrange your own social 'meet-ups' with cohort colleagues, and be the first to hear about new courses, workshops and qualifications that we are offering.

The Library section is enriched regularly so it is worth logging in when you get a chance to see what is new.

The Everyone Economy

Ciara Eastell OBE, Organisational Change Consultant and Exeter University Lecturer was invited to speak at the recent CMI 75th anniversary roadshow in Exeter which focused on The Everyone Economy Report. 

Local businesses came together to discuss the findings in the CMI Everyone Economy Report and investigate how organisation might increase productivity and competitive advantage through inclusiveness.

The central message found of the report is that economic recovery and long-term resilience depend on utilising all the talent and perspectives in our workforce. We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to supercharge productivity. This is the opportunity of ‘the Everyone Economy.’
