University of Exeter Business School

Accommodation

University residences

University owned or managed accommodation is guaranteed to:

  • inbound exchange students studying for the full academic year, starting in September; who apply before the accommodation deadline

The University is unable to guarantee accommodation for single semester students. Whilst there will be a limited number of university-owned rooms available, the majority of students will seek accommodation in the private sector.

Confirmation of your reservation will include a legally binding contract that you must read carefully before signing and returning by the date indicated.

Private accommodation

Students attending for a shorter period, including a semester only, should look at the private accommodation options.

When organising private accommodation we strongly recommend that you make arrangements before coming to Exeter. You can get more information about private rooms from the student notice board (requires a login), from the Private Accommodation section of the Accommodation Office website, and from their database of private rented accommodation through Studentpad.

Once you have decided where to live, if you need any help with understanding your contract, you can contact the Students' Guild Advice Unit, who can guide you through this process.

If you need any help or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Accommodation Office Team.
