Overview

Marion joined the University of Exeter as an Academic Mentor in 2024 following a successful career spanning almost 30 years in HR.  She has worked at both operational and strategic levels for large public sector organisations.  Her career has focused on supporting people to grow, develop and perform through the implementation of organisational workforce strategies which meet the changing needs of the business.

Marion began her coaching and mentoring journey in 2007 and has developed as a coach since then completing both a L5 and L7 qualification.  She has delivered workplace coaching to many individuals, supporting their development as stand-alone interventions and through leadership development programmes.
