Overview

I joined the Business School as Academic Mentor in February 2023, after spending more than 20 years as Programme Lead, module lead and lecturer in Early Childhood Studies, more recently with The Open University.

Previous to this, I worked as a primary school teacher and Montessori nursery manager/teacher, and spent about 10 years working in Human Resources at Oxford University.

I am a Fellow of Advance HE and my latest research paper was published in December 2022 by The Journal Of Transformative Education. I have also presented papers at the Centre for Research in Early Childhood and (2021) and Oxford Brookes’ Teaching and Learning Conference (2019).
