This programme, taught by some of the UK’s leading experts in digital transformation and business model innovation, provides participants with the practical tools to apply AI within their organisation and to take advantage of the enormous opportunities the digital economy provides.
The programme includes:
- Introduction to AI and its key concepts
- Understanding the fundamentals of AI and machine learning, and how these can drive business model innovation, expansion into new markets and productivity improvements
- Tools to assess potential applications of AI in your business
- Introduction to data-driven innovation
- Understanding the social and ethical implications of AI and how to avoid associated risks
- The ability to build a business case for AI implementation.
A highly interactive 6-week online program comprising 4-6 hours per week (2-3 hours online and 2 hours reading or in class activity preparation).
Webinars are delivered by experts in their field, are interactive, and encourage peer-to-peer learning.
Outside of the face-to-face sessions, participants should expect to spend up to 1 hour each week on learning activities. Of this, 1-2 hours will be ‘live’; the remainder can be worked through at the participants own pace.
A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the programme.
Implementing Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace is for experienced or aspiring business executives and leaders. Typically, this would suit an executive whose primary role is outside of ‘data’ and ‘AI’ but may be expected to make use of these technologies in undertaking their role.
The course is particularly suited to senior leaders who may have significant decision-making responsibilities and may be looking to introduce emerging technologies into their organisation.
