Leading Now:
Tools for Successful Leadership in the 21st Century

Lead with confidence in today’s complex world

Leading Now: Tools for Successful Leadership in the 21st Century is a six-week programme designed for mid-level and senior leaders who want to develop confidence, navigate uncertainty, and lead with clarity and purpose.

Combining academic insight with practical, human-centred tools, the programme explores what leadership means today — and helps you shape the kind of leader you want to be. Built around our 4P leadership model (Performance, People, Progress, Principle), it encourages meaningful reflection and gives you a clear framework for everyday leadership challenges.

Whether you're leading a team through change, navigating competing demands, or seeking new inspiration, you'll leave with clarity, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of your leadership style and strengths.

What you’ll gain

  • A fresh perspective on leadership, grounded in research from psychology, sociology, and behavioural science
  • A set of practical tools to navigate uncertainty and change, and support complex decision-making, whilst staying true to your values
  • Greater confidence and clarity in your own leadership style
  • The opportunity to share insights, challenges and ideas with a diverse cohort of peers during powerful face-to-face days on campus

We know that leadership skills must evolve over time. This programme equips you with tools for long-term growth — and a mindset to continue learning, adapting, and leading with confidence in a changing world.

“Leading Now has led me to reflect on how I best interact with my teams… the course has demonstrated that my style of leadership is valid… the programme has improved my confidence as a leader.”
