University of Exeter Business School

China Career Ready Programme

About the programme

The Business School understands the unique challenges that Chinese students face when applying for jobs in the UK and back home in China, so our Employability and Careers Consultants will help you to gain the skills needed to succeed in both recruitment environments.

China Career Ready is a programme of two parts: an online resource for students to work through at their own pace, and a series of employability workshops during the Autumn Term covering topics such as 'Finding Graduate Opportunities in China and the UK' and 'CVs in the UK and China'.

The Business School also has a dedicated Employer Engagement Officer who works directly with Chinese graduate employers, to ensure we are giving the best support possible in order for students to succeed once they graduate from Exeter. In addition, Chinese students have access to bespoke online resources and support through a dedicated WeChat group.

Further information

If you are a student looking for careers support outside of China Career Ready, you can arrange an appointment to talk to someone, search and book a range of careers events, and view our other employability schemes on the Career Zone pages.
