Overview

Joined Exeter in February 2024 as a Senior Lecturer on the degree apprenticeship programmes, with a diverse career background and high-performance capability in the private, public and charitable sectors, the latter at senior leadership level. Industry experience of over 30 years and holder of three Fellowships (FAPM; FCMI; FHEA) and two Chartered Management positions (CMgr C.WEM). Experience of working in international business and innovation environments in cross-cultural teams on European Interreg Infrastructure projects. Teaching experiences across many UK universities from levels 3 to 7 and capability of supervising and assessing management apprentices. An autodidact with a growth mindset and passion for learning, currently a Doctoral student (DBA) at the University of Chester.
