Overview

Malcolm joined the Business School in April 2024 as an Academic Mentor following a 39-year career within the financial services industry, where he held Senior Manager positions within a major Bank and an Independent Financial Services Group. He has extensive operational experience supporting funding for SME and Corporate sized business.

Malcolm has managed large teams to deliver sustained growth and has also mentored management development and apprenticeship colleagues. He is excited to be able to extend his mentoring with degree apprentices as they invest in the development of their own management careers.
