Overview

Nataliia Pysarenko joined the University of Exeter Business School as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing in 2023. Nataliia combines academic focus with 25 years of experience in corporate consulting practice, executive education, sectoral research and business mentoring.

Nataliia has over 20 years of experience teaching on undergraduate, postgraduate, Executive MBA and CIM programs; designed and delivered modules - Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation in Marketing and Digital strategy, focusing on B2C, B2C and social enterprises.

Several undergraduate and postgraduate diploma projects Nataliia supervised received Ukrainian National Awards in 2017, 2020 and 2021.

She has many years of experience as a managing partner in consulting companies, creating and managing brands, developing and implementing marketing strategies, repositioning brands and restructuring marketing activity for leading domestic and international companies in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

For the last five years, Nataliia has been a Mentor for social entrepreneurs in Ukraine. 

Nataliia is a Fellow CIM and a Visiting Professor Executive MBA at the “International Institute of Business" Business School (Ukraine)

Qualifications

  • PhD in Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing with the focus on Marketing (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv)
  • MSc Marketing (National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”)
  • MSc Applied Mathematics (System Analyses) (National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”)
