Han Lin joined Exeter Business School in January 2018 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. He has done several studies on empirical financial markets and macroeconomics, as well as one research in the field of experimental finance. During 2014 to 2017, he has held three research assistant posts in academia, which were related to economics theory, health economics and financial econometrics. He has also taught (Further) Financial Mathematics and Intermediate Economics to Undergraduate students and Master students. He recently demonstrated his ability to attract external funding by successfully applying for a research grant by Eastern ARC Quantitative Social Science Research Fund for project ’China Emissions and Econometrics’.

My research interests are in the areas of Financial Econometrics, behavioral and experimental finance/economics.
Han is now working as a post-doctoral research associate with expertise in applied econometrics to work on the project "Determinants of UK Food Price Inflation". His work is to develop an econometric model of food price inflation in the UK.
Han is of interest to teach Financial Mathematics, Econometrics, and Macroeconomics.
