Overview

David started lecturing in HE 2015 and has focused on the degree apprenticeship programmes since 2018 having lectured on the Senior Leader, Chartered Managers and Digital and Technology Solutions professional degree programmes. David continues this work at the University of Exeter business school to include the project management degree programme starting in September 2023. In the past he has supervised final year projects for both undergraduate and post graduate learners on the degree programmes and coached learners for end point assessment.

David has developed modules for the Senior Leader, Chartered Managers and Digital and Technology Solutions professional degree programmes including strategy, operations management and project management.

Before joining academia, David was a managing director, consultant and senior manager with 25 years of experience in the IT Industry. He managed, coached and mentored, and built technically diverse teams for technical support, consultancy practices and technical project teams.

• David joined the University of Exeter Business School in 2023 and works as a Lecturer in Professional Practice on the Degree Apprenticeships for the Level 7 Data Scientist and Senior Leader programmes.
