Overview
Yingji is a doctoral student at University of Exeter Business School. Prior to her doctoral programme, she obtained her first class Bachelor's degree with honours and Master's degree with distinction in Accounting and Finance at Exeter Business School. Yingji's research project investigates the processes of China's public hospital reform, and in particular, the use of management controls in the change process, through fieldwork in a Chinese public hospital.

Broadly, Yingji is interested in management accounting practices in organisations in trasition, and society at large. Her PhD project investigates management accounting practices in a public hospital in change.
