Overview

Wei-Ming's main research interests include corporate governance and corporate finance. He is particularly interested in incorporating new empirical techniques into the study of corporate finance. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from University of Washington (Seattle). Prior to his doctoral study, he obtained his M.A. in Statistics from Columbia University, and B.B.A. in Finance from National Taiwan University.
