Diana joined the University of Exeter Business School in 2021 to design and develop the new ‘Operational and Organisational Strategy’ module of the CMDA.  She moved into education after spending over 20 years in Royal Dutch Shell, initially in supply chain operations in the UK Downstream business, then in several global HR Learning and Organisational Effectiveness roles. She particularly enjoyed the opportunity to interact with colleagues from around the world and to work in over fifteen countries. She has designed, developed, facilitated and managed global leadership programmes for the top 3% of Shell managers, along with many other interventions to build capability within global businesses and functions. As a Senior Organisation Effectiveness Consultant, Diana also supported several global leadership teams in strategy development and change management.

Originally from Chester, Diana was a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Chester for 5 years and has been a Lecturer in Management and Leadership at South Devon College since 2019.
