Dr Yuting Peng

Yuting is a postdoc researcher at the University of Exeter, working on the project "Effects of Polar Climate Change on Global Health and Healthcare." This project focuses on developing new integrated assessment models to address health risks linked to polar tipping points, contributing to targeted climate change adaptation plans for the healthcare sector, particularly in vulnerable regions.

Yuting holds a PhD in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Glasgow, where she developed expertise in disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and environmental management policy. Her work focuses on applying vulnerability and risk assessments, ecosystem services, and adaptation strategies to address the complex ecological and social challenges faced by coastal river deltas, identified as key risk hotspots.
