About me:
Yang Gao joined the University of Exeter as a Lecturer in Finance in September 2023. Yang was awarded PhD in Finance from the University of Birmingham in 2023. Yang’s research interests include empirical corporate finance and corporate governance, with a particular focus on topics related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), such as climate change, pay inequality, corporate philanthropy, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
