Dr Patricia McCarroll

Patricia McCarroll is a lecturer within the Organisational Behaviour and Human Management department, specialising in areas such as executive education across undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Previously she taught at Manchester Metropolitan University and Sheffield Hallam University.
Patricia was a facilities project manager working across the client and service provider streams in both private and public sector practice before joining academia. She received her PhD in Management and Organization from the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. Her research focuses on organisational narratives, specifically folklore and fairytales, and across concepts such as liminality, enchantment and dirty work.
