Dr Peter Stephenson

Peter is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management on the Degree Apprenticeships programme. Coming from an entrepreneurial background, having started and successfully exited two businesses, Peter turned to academia in 2019 gaining an MBA and a Ph.D. in the field of leadership. Peter is an active researcher with particular interest in leadership as a collective process, the use of language in leadership, organisational power dynamics, organisational culture, business ethics, and qualitiative research methdologies.
