About me:
I completed my PhD in Economics in 2015 at the Khmelnytskyi National University, Ukraine.
Prior to joining Exeter in 2022, I worked as a Lecturer at Khmelnytskyi National University in Ukraine for six years. In recognition of my work and contributions, I was promoted to the position of Associate Professor in November 2021. This role allowed me to further engage in advanced teaching and research, mentoring students, and collaborating with colleagues on scholarly projects. My experience at Khmelnytskyi National University has provided me with a strong foundation in academia, which I now bring to my current position at Exeter.
My pedagogical philosophy is grounded in the belief that education goes beyond the classroom, with an emphasis on engaging, inspiring, and equipping students for lifelong learning. My experience has allowed me to develop and implement innovative teaching methods, promote critical thinking, and create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere where students feel empowered to succeed.
