Joined Exeter in February 2024 as a Senior Lecturer on degree apprenticeship programmes, with a diverse career background and high-performance capability in the private, public and charitable sectors, the latter at senior leadership level. Experience of working in international business and innovation environments in cross-cultural teams on European Interreg Infrastructure projects.

Holder of three Fellowships and a Certified Management and Business Educator with the Chartered Association of Business Schools. 

Teaching experiences across many UK universities from levels 3 to 7 and capability of supervising and assessing management apprentices. An autodidact with a growth mindset and passion for learning, currently Module lead on the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme and former Programme Director of the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship (MSc Strategic Leadership and Management).

I teach and research across business, leadership, and sustainability including supervising projects for the UN SDG-aligned Future17 education programme and also delivering Systems Leadership Coaching for a global engineering consultancy (Arup).
 
Research & Publications:
Core Competencies in the Public Sector: A Strategic Decision-Making Tool for Outsourcing (ICE, 2009), later cited in Edgar & Lockwood’s Corporate Core Competencies (Sage).
