About Me

I am an Academic Mentor (Associate Lecturer) and Programme Lead within the University of Exeter Business School, specialising in Project Management and Financial Services degree apprenticeships. Since joining in 2023, my approach centres on structured, high-impact teaching that develops confident, independent learners. I lead portfolio curriculum delivery across multiple cohorts aiming to capture learners day-to-day skills and behaviours into high quality evidence. 

 With a seven-year background serving and supporting Royal Navy and Royal Marines training and education, I bring a disciplined, adaptable and learner-focused approach to mentoring. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals recognise their potential and succeed within demanding professional environments.

Beyond this, I contribute to programme leadership through resource development, staff mentoring, quality assurance, and employer engagement.
