About me:

I joined the Department of Economics in August 2019 as a Lecturer in Economics. Prior to joining University of Exeter, I taught at the Department of Economics, Mathematics and Statistics at Birkbeck, University of London. I hold a PhD in Economics from University of Birmingham. Before joining academia, I previously worked in the banking industry. My research background is in applied and international macroeconomics. Currently, my research focuses on the effects of fiscal policies and the interactions between fiscal and unconventional monetary policies in emerging markets and advanced economies in particular the United Kingdom. My methodological interests include dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models and the use of time series.
