About me:
Mozi's journey with the Business School commenced in 2023, where he assumed leading roles in the final modules of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship, Senior People Professional Apprenticeship, and Senior Leader Amazon programmes. His has a mixed background in both consultancy and academia.
Earning his PhD from Henley Business School, University of Reading, Mozi explored the realms of organizational dynamics. His thesis, titled “Organisational aesthetics and subjectivity: A Lacanian discourse analysis,” delves into the psychological and ethical dimensions of new work practices through a psychoanalytic lens to interrogate the intricate interplay of subjective experiences within organizational contexts.
Mozi's intellectual curiosity extends beyond the confines of business into the realm of philosophy. He is particularly drawn to critical theory and social psychology, with a keen interest in psychoanalytic perspectives. He is interested in philosophy and using critical theory and social psychology, especially psychoanalytic viewpoints, to explore the human side of organisations centred around the question of subjectivity.
