Dr Linquan Chen

Dr. Linquan Chen is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the University of Exeter Business School, where she has been a faculty member since July 2016. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Warwick. Her research has been published in the Journal of Financial Intermediation, presented at leading international conferences, and featured in media outlets such as MarketWatch.

Linquan is actively involved in the international academic community. She serves on the programme committees of the European Financial Management Association (EFMA), the Global Research Alliance for Sustainable Finance and Investment (GRASFI), and the Exeter Sustainable Finance Conference. She also serves as a reviewer for academic journals, including the Journal of Banking & Finance and the International Journal of Finance & Economics. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

In addition, Linquan holds several academic leadership roles at the University of Exeter Business School. She is Deputy Programme Director for the BSc International Finance and BSc International Business and Accounting programmes, Academic Lead for Induction and Transition, and Academic Lead for Widening Participation.
