I am a social and organizational psychologist (PhD, University of Melbourne, 2006). My research aims to shed light on the way in which social influence processes allow groups, organizations and societies to overcome collective problems and thrive. At present, my research focuses on the consequences of the growing vertical pay gap for organizational leadership, as well as the role of reputation processes in cooperation and coordination at work.
