I have worked in apprenticeships over many years now, originally in Further Eductation and most recently in Higher Education. I have coached learners on various management and leadership apprenticeships including Operations Departmental Manager, Chartered Manager, and most recently the Senior Leader.

I love mentoring and coaching as it enables me to help learners meet their full potential and I have seen first hand the positive benefits apprenticeships have on individuals and also organisations. Learners inevitably grow in confidence and become reflective pratitioners understanding their strengths and skills set.
