Born and raised in the vibrant city of Baku, Azerbaijan, I embarked on a journey of academic and professional exploration that has shaped my multifaceted career. After completing my undergraduate studies, I pursued my passion for business and innovation at the University of Liverpool, where I graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2016.

Driven by a relentless thirst for knowledge and a desire to make a tangible impact in the field of business, I embarked on a new chapter in my academic journey as a Ph.D. student at the University of Exeter. Currently in my last year of doctoral studies, my research focuses on the intersection of evolutionary innovation and firm performance. Specifically, I am deeply interested in unraveling the intricate dynamics of how eco-innovation influences various financial aspects of companies.
