Allan Lee is an Associate Professor in Management at the University of Exeter Business School, which he joined in May 2017. His research focuses on leadership in organisations, with particular emphasis on leader–follower relationships and their implications for employee attitudes, experiences, and behaviour.
His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Business Ethics. He received his PhD in Organisational Psychology from Aston University.
