About me:
Rebecca joined the Business School in 2022 as a Senior Lecturer on the Senior Leader and Senior People Professional apprenticeship programmes.
She joined academia in 2014 after a successful career in industry. She is a senior Human Resources professional, with specialist experience in the areas of talent attraction, global resourcing, strategic HRM, organisational design, target operating models, process redesign and outsourcing/offshoring. Her industry experience has primarily been in the banking sector although she has also offered consultancy to other corporate firms within telecomms, pharma and logistics sectors as well as within the NHS.
Interests:
Her research interests currently centre upon understanding how students make sense of the academic requirements of university study.
Rebecca is a creative and enthusiastic educator, who has a passion for enhancing the student experience and facilitating the development of students’ understanding of the future world of work.
