About me:
Dr Rami Chehab is a senior lecturer in finance for the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship programme.
Dr Rami Chehab is a passionate lecturer in all areas of quants and technology when it comes to finance and economics topics and their applications. He has previously worked across multiple departments in various prestigious universities across the UK. Including Herriot Watt University, Aston University, and the University of Bristol.
Dr Chehab continuously works on creating and designing new units and modernizing previous modules to fit modern needs and handling in industry and academia.
Dr Chehab holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from AUB, an MSc in Economics & Econometrics and a PhD in Economics from the University of Exeter. He is also a teaching fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
His research interests are in Financial Econometrics, Financial technology, Quantitative Economics, and Historical Economics.
