About me:
I am a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Exeter Business School. I am the programme director of the Doctor of Business Administration Programme (DBA) and teach in the Chartered Manager and Senior People Professional programmes. My current research focuses on work-based learning, development, and the experiences of those who are underrepresented in work transitions. My service work includes being an Advanced Teaching Practitioner, with a focus on the development of students' skills and behaviours. I also lead the Degree Apprenticeship Scholarship and Impact group.
