Ian Jones has over 38 years’ worth of experience, in almost equal measures, in the commercial environments of International Transport and Financial Services. Developing as broad skill set and expertise in B2B sales, customer service and for the bulk of the period people leadership. 
 
As Regional Senior Leader Ian has been a long term passionate supporter of the development of others. Proactively prioritising and overseeing the coaching, mentoring and progression of the whole workforce seeing this as being the key component to successful delivery of strategy , cultural change within business and staff retention.
