Himadree is the Programme Director of MSc International Business and a lecturer in International Business.
Himadree teaches International Business at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is the Module Convenor for four International Business modules, which she has designed and developed from the ground up- BEMM116 Principles of International Business, BEM2048 International Business, BEMM490Z International Business and Globalisation, BEMM491Z Cross-Cultural Management.
Himadree joined the University of Exeter in March 2022 after earning her PhD in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. With over 10 years of experience spanning both academia and industry, she has previously taught at Victoria University of Wellington and the Assam Institute of Management in India. In addition to her academic roles, she has held key positions such as Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Government of New Zealand, Research Associate at the World Bank, and has worked with renowned organizations like Procter & Gamble, ABP Pvt. Ltd., and HDFC Standard Life.
