Dr Himadree Phookan

Himadree is a Lecturer in International Business. Himadree joined the University of Exeter in March 2022 after earning her PhD in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. With nearly 15 years of experience across both academia and industry, she has previously taught at Victoria University of Wellington and the Assam Institute of Management, India. In addition to her academic roles, she has held key positions such as Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Government of New Zealand, Research Associate at the World Bank, and has worked with renowned organizations like Procter & Gamble, ABP Pvt. Ltd., and HDFC Standard Life.
