Dr Liz Horberg (she/her)

Senior Research Fellow
Organisational Behaviour and HRM

Dr. Horberg joined the University of Exeter in 2024. Prior to this, she held positions as a Senior Research Fellow at Yale-NUS College in Singapore, a Post-Doctoral Scholar at Stanford University in the United States, and earned her PhD in social-personality psychology from UC-Berkeley in the United States. Currently, Dr. Horberg investigates mindsets that support successful transitions to the workforce and the role of wealth and financial security in shaping career priorities.

 

Dr. Horberg’s position and projects have been supported by funding from the National Institutes of Health (United States), the Ministry of Education (Singapore), the Workforce Applied Development Research Fund (Singapore), and the UKRI Economic and Social Research Council (United Kingdom).
