Edvard Glücksman is a Senior Lecturer and Faculty Director of Education in Sustainability whose work explores how organisations engage with environmental and social sustainability. Based within the Business School in Cornwall, his teaching bridges management and organisational theory with practical approaches to sustainability challenges. He designs and leads innovative, skills‑focused modules that equip students with the tools, experience and confidence needed for impactful careers.

 

Edvard also leads executive education programmes that provide professionals with cutting‑edge training in climate and sustainability leadership. His programmes support participants to embed key concepts into their daily practice and shape their organisation’s long‑term strategy. He has worked with a range of partners, including global companies with more than 100,000 employees, regional SMEs across the UK South West and public sector educational leadership.

 

Edvard has received multiple teaching awards and was shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Most Innovative Teacher of the Year 2025. He is an elected member of the University Senate.
