Mr Chris Reedthomas

Chris is a lecturer in leadership, management and business at the University of Exeter Business School. He teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate students and serves as module leader and program director. As director for the With Proficiency in Leadership Pathway, Chris aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to become responsible and effective leaders.

With many years of experience teaching in various UK universities, Chris brings practical knowledge from his background in organisational development consulting. He has helped both public and private sector organisations deliver large-scale organisational and culture change. Previously, Chris ran leadership development programs at a leading modern university in the UK. 

Chris is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, reflecting his commitment to innovative teaching practices and the student experience. His passion is helping students develop the capabilities needed to thrive in an ever-changing business environment. His teaching interests include sustainable leadership and management, leadership and change and the development of teaching in higher education.
