Overview
Wei Xin is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance at the University of Exeter Business School. After a PhD in Finance from Warwick Business School, he joined University of Exeter as a postdoc research associate at LEEP Group in May 2021. Wei’s research interests are in sustainable finance (majoring in climate and biodiversity), empirical asset pricing, and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). His work has been presented at conferences such as the UN PRI Academic Network Conference, Global Research Alliance for Sustainable Finance and Investment, and Biodiversity and Economics for Conservation

Wei's research interest is mainly focused on sustainable finance. After completing his PhD Thesis with three chapters in climate finance, Wei continue working in biodiversity finance as a postdoc research associate. He works on asset pricing research related to sustainable issues using behavioral mechanism.
