Miguel Leon-Ledesma

Miguel Leon-Ledesma is Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, Exeter University Business School. He joined Exeter in September 2024. Previously, he was Professor of Economics at the University of Kent. Miguel is a macroeconomist specialising in Economic Growth, International Economics, and Business Cycles. He is a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and Fellow of the National Institute for Economic and Social Research (NIESR). He has consulted for international organisations such as the European Central Bank and Asian Development Bank and is a committee member and trustee of the UK's Money Macro and Finance Society (MMF).
