Lauren joined the Business School in August 2022, as an Academic Mentor for Financial Degree Apprentices following an 18-year career in financial services.

Lauren is passionate about supporting and developing others to realise their full potential and believes apprenticeships are an invaluable opportunity for career progression and self-development.

In the 18 years she worked within a retail bank and progressed through the ranks from cashier to management and finally a mortgage advisor for the 4 last years.

Lauren has managed branches and teams and worked closely with apprentices.
