Overview

Chris joined the Exeter Business School in 2020, just a few weeks before Covid-19 hit and was soon developing programmes and modules for online delivery. He came to the University after several years of teaching in other SW Universities.

Before that Chris worked as an OD Consultant for 20 years, running his own company and delivering large scale change projects with public and private companies in the UK and Europe. Clients included the MoD, NHS, Environment Agency, Thales, GE, Alstom, KPMG and many other organisations.

In 2006 he joined Plymouth University where he ran leadership development programmes for staff before moving into a teaching role. He managed a very successful Foundation Programme for several years before moving to teach at Exeter.

He is now the Programme Leader for the With Proficiency in Leadership Pathway and lead undergraduate modules, including Discovering Management, a large first year compulsory module.
