Overview

I’m the Head of Workplace Learning for the Centre for Degree Partnerships, focusing on commonality and best practice across all of our apprenticeship programmes at Exeter. My focus is the approach to mentoring our apprentices as well as oversight some of our regulatory requirements for apprenticeships. Our aim is to create a community of practice for apprenticeships across the faculty programmes.

I joined the University in 2020 previously having worked in financial services as a senior leader for the past 25 years. My skillset lies in operational excellence, coaching and mentoring.

In my spare time I consider myself a relatively new ultra marathon runner, enjoying long distance running in some near and far locations!

Career

I have spent the majority of my career working in financial institutions, predominantly high street banking. My expertise have been in leadership and leading large teams of people across wide geographical locations. I have been involved in strategic work around diversity and inclusion, customer operations and efficiency.
