Building:One
Building:One, located on the Streatham Campus, was completed in 2011. It serves as the central reception point for the School, housing the Student InfoPoint, which provides support for all course-related student enquiries as well as general advice.
The building also features high-quality teaching and study spaces, including the dedicated One Planet MBA Suite, the Dean’s Office, and La Touche Café.

Other facilities
The One Planet MBA Suite, located on the first floor, is open to all MBA students to study, and contains the MBA office.
Cafés and restaurants
La Touche Café, located on the ground floor, serves fresh hot and cold foods, confectionary, and hot drinks. Open Monday-Friday all year.
SERSF Building
The Business School is located in the SERSF Building on our Penryn Campus in Cornwall. This modern facility provides a vibrant and collaborative environment for students and staff, designed to support both teaching and research activities.
The building features a specially designed area for business engagement called The Collaboratory. This innovative space is dedicated to fostering partnerships between students, academics, and industry professionals. It hosts networking events, workshops, and collaborative projects, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and real-world problem-solving.
In addition to The Collaboratory, the SERSF Building offers high-quality teaching rooms, flexible study spaces, and social areas that encourage interaction and community building.
Xfi Building
Xfi Building, located on the Streatham Campus, opened in 2005 and is connected to the left of Building:One. It is home to the Business School’s postgraduate programmes, including the MBA and MSc courses, and provides specialist facilities for research and executive education.
The building features modern lecture theatres, seminar rooms, and dedicated study spaces designed to support advanced learning and collaboration. It also houses areas for professional development and networking, making it a hub for postgraduate teaching and business engagement.

Specialist IT rooms
The Thomson Reuters Lab is a specialist IT room for detailed financial market data. Next to Thomson Reuters is the Student IT Suite, also equipped with specialist software.

Streatham Court
Streatham Court, located on the Streatham Campus, is home to the Business School Career Zone and offers high-capacity, recently refurbished teaching rooms. It primarily supports undergraduate programmes and provides modern learning spaces designed for interactive teaching and group work. The building also includes seminar rooms, lecture theatres, and areas for careers support, making it a key hub for student development and engagement.
