Corporate governance and behaviour may be studied from the perspective of economic rationality and also understood psychologically as fundamentally human behaviour, with all its potential and flaws. 
This multi-disciplinary research agenda works closely with corporations, government departments and the not-for-profit sector to inform policy, practice and academic theory.
