The Centre

Our aims are to:

  • Play a leading role in the development of the theory and evidence base for Circular Economy;
  • Bring world leaders in academia and industry to the Centre to share in co-creation of new research, educational initiatives and dedicated projects for our corporate partners;
  • Disseminate innovative and important research findings through high quality research publications, conferences and via educational offerings to business, government, academics and other stakeholders;
  • Establish networks that bring business, government and civil society leaders together with  circular economy academics from the world’s top universities.‌

ECCE was established to develop thought leadership within both theory and practice for a Circular Economy and achieves this through four key areas: Education, Research, Industrial Engagement and Internationalisation.

Within each area, numerous programmes are being delivered and developed demonstrating the continued demand for these within Circular Economy contexts
