I would like to share with you some reflections on organising and organisations through archetypical tales, or stories particularly resonant with deep meanings present in culture and the soul. These stories use archetypes as characters, plots, or settings. Archetypes are common patterns containing hidden images of human motivations and inspirations. The archetypical tale has an own dynamic, leading associations and carrying the narrative, offering inspiration and awakening imagination. I would like to present some tales of this kind, as a possible inspiration for thinking and organising outside of the corporate mainstream.
