Further details

D'Maris holds a professorial chair in Economics and Finance of the Built Environment at UCL. In early 2017, she took over as Director (Head of Department) of the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, which is now the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction (from 4 May 2021). In the last five years, the department has grown to about 750 students, 85 staff, and £15m in income with a bulge in 2020/21 due to COVID. Some of the recent growth comes from the integration of the Bartlett's IDIBE and BREI institutes into CPM from whence BSSC was born. Her research interests span financial history/historical finance, infrastructure, construction, real estate, and climate change
