Exeter Masters in International Management ranked 23rd in the world
The University of Exeter Business School’s Masters in International Management programme has been ranked 23rd in the world by the Times Higher Education and Wall Street Journal’s new ranking analysis.
The rankings were compiled from 20 individual performance indicators, combined to create an overall score that reflects the strength of each programme and school. The indicators were drawn either from institutional data or from an alumni survey and then aggregated into four key areas: resources, engagement, outcomes and environment.
The University of Exeter performed exceptionally well in the area of engagement, ranking sixth in the world and second in the UK for this indicator, which was built entirely from data collected in the alumni survey. It considers five different metrics: learning engagement, interaction with teachers and students, student recommendation, real-world relevance and research in teaching.
Professor David Boughey, Associate Dean for Education commented: “we are delighted with this result, which recognises the high quality of both the content and the teaching that our Masters in International Management programme offers.
“This new ranking reconfirms that our programme is exceptionally high quality and highlights our dedication to providing our students with not only a career-focused, internationally recognised professional qualification, but also an exceptional student experience,” he concluded.
