The team from the INDEX research centre led a three-day introduction into digital transformation for large legacy organisations. The content was centred on latest academic research and real world case studies and was aimed at international senior public servants and elected officials to equip them with the confidence and expertise to transform public services to meet the needs of their citizens. The programme consisted of three modules, spread over 3 months and a combination of live interactive sessions and on-demand content.

A group of ‘high potential’ female staff from an international banking group recently attended three virtual sessions on ‘How to Build and Manage your Network for your Career Success’. Participants were guided through a network diagnostic, which explored the strengths and potential weaknesses within their network. This successful programme, delivered by Professor Alexandra Gerbasi, has since been opened up to other colleagues and a further sessions are underway.
